OUR RETURN POLICY
BOX N BEAT is always there for its customers. If you have any problems related to the return or exchange of the product, or if there is any manufacturing defect in the product, you can ask for a return or exchange of the product. You can process your request via email message at email@example.com. You can also generate your request via phone call or a text message. After receiving the query our team will contact you within 24 hours.
The return should be made within 7 days of the purchase. For instance, if you purchased the item on April 1, then the last day to request a return will be April 7. The item to be returned must be in its original condition, with all accessories, including manuals and any other items that may have come with the main item.
Along with the returning item(s), the product should be accompanied by the original sales invoice.
Always make sure that while generating any return request for the product, you remember to mention your order reference number and the reason for the return, along with pictures of the product. If the product returned was not in its original condition, if it was damaged, unpacked, or if any accessories were missing, then in that case we reserve the right to refuse acceptance of the item or deduct additional charges from the store credit amount as applicable.
If the product has been cleared, it means the returned product was in its original condition, there was no damaged packaging, and all manuals, items, and accessories were present. Then the full amount will be issued as store credit within 7–10 working days. Also, if you ordered a product but it was not delivered on time, you can cancel the order and receive a full refund.
WHEN RETURNS ARE NOT POSSIBLE
